Looking at his gentle eyes and quiet, obedient demeanor, none of the rescue volunteers could fathom the reason why he was tied in barbed wire and left to die.
Doug may be old and he may not hear you (even if you yell straight to his ear), but this senior mutt is one of the most affectionate and easy-going dogs at PARC. He's still looking for a home where he can spend his last few years with a comfortable place to take his afternoon naps,and a loving family to call his own.
