This almond-eyed boy loves to snuggle--and wouldn't mind all-day-long belly rubs. This is one happy puppy, considering the dreadful circumstances he was found in by PAWS volunteers. He was hairless, crusty,bony and weak.
Now he's ready to have a family again, and he prays that this time, he'll have one that won't neglect him.
