When Savannah first stepped her foot at the PAWS Animal Rehabilitation Center, that foot had a basketball-sized tumor on it. She was weak, in pain, and had no intention of playing cutesy with the volunteers and visitors.
But we soon realized that it wasn’t the real Savannah. She opened up, started to play again, and went on to become one of the smartest graduates of the K9 Enrichment Team’s Obedience Training!
Savannah may be old, but she has a lot of love and affection to share. Can you imagine snuggling with her while watching the sun set?
