If your queries are not on the FAQs list or if there's any information you would like us to know, contact the PAWS office at telephone number 475-1688 during office hours. If the telephone is busy (due to the volume of calls we receive) or it remains unanswered (bathroom breaks or entertaining a shelter visitor), you may leave your landline numbers and the nature of why you want to get in touch with us when the answering machine picks up, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

You may also visit us at PAWS Animal Rehabilitation Center (PARC), Aurora Boulevard, Katipunan Valley, Loyola Heights, Quezon City (beside Superlines).
We are closed on Sundays and Holidays.
We also try to respond to emails in a timely manner (at least within 48 hours) but due to the demands of the PAWS advocacy as well as other responsibilities, it may not be as soon as warranted. If you have not received a reply within 48 hours, kindly resend your email - we may have overlooked your email among the 30+ reports we receive daily or it may have gone into the spam folder. You may want to volunteer for PAWS to improve the situation.
Please remember PAWS is a volunteer-based organization with limited resources. More often than not, there are only a few people having to attend meetings and hearings, check and respond to emails, take calls, man the shelter, assign and monitor activities of volunteers among other responsibilities which may or may not be related to the shelter.
This is why we put up the guidelines (in the FAQ section of the website). Those who read the FAQs help us help the animals. The guidelines and FAQs were put up so that people can BE PROACTIVE and do things at their own level, without waiting for PAWS to scramble for available volunteers to answer the email or Facebook comment or go out on a rescue.
